The worst private eye in the world, Wolf J. Flywheel (Groucho Marx), comes to the aid of the owners of a department store. They want to sell, but the crooked manager of the store knows if they do, the accounting books will expose his crimes. Chico and Harpo chime in with the usual comic situations and all in all, it's the usual Marx Brothers mayhem.
